When you are ready for a Travel Sweet Travel consultant to begin planning your well-deserved vacation, an initial $100.00, non-refundable deposit will be requested. This “plan-to-go” deposit will be applied toward the balance of your trip upon final payment.  In addition to your initial deposit, should your itinerary require extensive research, changes or multiple destinations, a $150.00 consulting fee will be discussed and included in your final balance.

Travel Sweet Travel will charge a $25.00 booking fee for all individual round trip airline tickets or rail passes. 

A $35.00 booking fee will apply to all mileage award or frequent flyer reservations.

It is beneficial to plan your trip as early as possible for better availability and prices. Travel Sweet Travel offers attractive payment options to our clients. Our vacation quotes require a deposit to lock in prices and hold space. We accept all major credit cards for both deposits and final payment. Additional payments can be made anytime until the final due date which is generally 45 days prior to departure.  If reservations are made within 45 days of departure, full payment will be required at time of booking.
